We are keen to be helpful and provide a good service to our tenants from your initial enquiry, viewings and then during the tenancy. We are happy to explain and answer any questions you may have to ensure the letting process goes smoothly. We understand that finding and moving homes can be a stressful time – We are here to help you find a property you will be happy in.
Prospective tenants will usually be accompanied to view suitable properties and are then carefully interviewed and references taken up. We are sorry but we do not generally let to Students, people who are in receipt of housing benefit or to large groups of sharers. The type of references we are looking to take up include;
